Farmer's Market Spring Salad
Ingredients
Fresh Lettuce
Sugar Snap Peas
Snow Peas
Radishes
Any other fresh veggie desired
Honey
Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
- Bring pot of water to boil
- Tear lettuce into large salad bowl
- Wash and string peas
- Drop peas into boiling water for 2 minutes, or until bright green
- Chill peas by running under cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces
- Thinly slice radishes
- Chop any other vegetables as desired
- Add all veggies to the lettuce
- Mix equal parts honey and Apple Cider Vinegar and shake well
- Pour dressing over salad and enjoy!
