15-Minute Homemade Strawberry Jam

Just three ingredients and 15 minutes on the stove, and you have a whole jar of strawberry jam to put on everything!
INGREDIENTS:

2 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice

16 oz. of fresh strawberries (diced)

3/4 Cups of Sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large saucepan stir together the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice over medium-low heat until the sugar has dissolved.
2. Bring the heat up to medium-high until mixture is at a rolling boil. Continue stirring at medium while mashing the strawberries gently.
3. Pour into a glass jar and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate up to 10 days (or freeze in a ziploc bag!)
