Yields 5-6 servings depending on the size of the melon
- 1 melon of choice, honeydew, cantaloupe or any musk melon will work chilled in the refrigerator
- 1/4 – 1/2 cup of chilled champagne
- Cut up melon into large chunks. Blend melon chunks until smooth in a blender. Add champagne to taste and pulse a few times in the blender until combined. If you blend the champagne and the melon too long you will lose the frothy bubbles the champagne creates.
- Serve in chilled cocktail glasses or demitasse coups of choice as a starter.
