One of our first steps into the gourmet world was to include meat last year. Thanks to MeatCrafters, we had the perfect local source for meat to turn to right away. MeatCrafters is based out of Landover, MD, and they sell to local markets across the state and even nationwide, but we are lucky enough to get them right from the producers themselves. They create incredibly high-quality salamis and sausages using all-natural meats, their own unique spice blends, and modern and computerized techniques that maintain their strict curing standards. MeatCrafters also houses EPIC Curing and Randall Lineback Beef. EPIC Curing works out of MeatCrafters facilities to produce the artisanal bacon we carry. Randall Lineback Beef comes from their partnership with Chapel Hill Farm, a long line of an American heritage breed of grass-fed beef, and we currently have their porterhouse steak and ground beef.
