Peach & Tomato Summer Salsa
If you feel inspired by these milder temperatures to have an outdoor meal, I highly suggest chopping up this colorful peach salsa to enjoy with some tacos or even just good old tortilla chips in the sunlight. The tangy citrus from the yellow peaches pairs like a dream with the bold flavor that comes from the tomatoes. With red onions, this becomes a sweet and savory salsa that you can’t get enough of. It’s a refreshing combination of flavors and can feel like one of the only things you want to eat in the heat of summer. In addition, this is very easy to assemble and stays completely cold, making it an excellent addition to your friends’ cookout or a family meal that needs a quick and satisfying appetizer.
