Our produce is not necessarily organic although we do sometimes source from organic farms. This is mostly due to our preference for working with local farms and the environmental challenges farmers face in our area which often doesn’t lend itself to organic farming. We do follow the core organic principles however of composting, crop rotation, cover cropping, seed selection to minimize the use of pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. 

When we do have organic produce we try and specify it online and at the stands.
