Norman’s 2022 Peak Season CSA begins in just a few weeks on Sunday, April 24th! We are excited to welcome back our returning members along with some new faces. If you are new to our program, or just need a “refresher”, we are highlighting some important information for the upcoming season. Members will also be able to access this information anytime on our website.

This year’s CSA pickup schedule is as follows:

North Chevy Chase Elementary School – Sundays, 11:00am-1:00pm

Ohr Kodesh Congregation – Tuesdays, 4:30-6:30pm

Geneva Day School – Wednesdays, 4:30-6:30pm

Westland Middle School – Thursdays, 4:30-6:30pm (top parking lot)

Important note regarding Ohr Kodesh pickups – there will be no Tuesday CSA on the following dates – Sept 27, Oct 3, 10, 17. Members who normally pick up at Ohr Kodesh are encouraged to pick up their share at NCC those weeks, but may also pick up at Geneva and/or Westland. If this does not work for you, please contact us at info@normansfarmmarket.com for other options.

Lots to choose from at our Peak Season CSA

Our Market-style CSA is one where our members select their own produce! All members will see me, (Lynne) at check-in, and any member with an egg share will pick up their eggs at that time. Please bring a bag or box to each CSA pickup. If you are new, one of our team members will gladly walk you through your first pickup!

Weekly Reminder Emails: Members will receive an email approximately 24 hours prior to their scheduled pickup. Also included in the weekly reminder email is a link to our CSA newsletter. Here you will find important information about our CSA, recipes, and a list of what will be available at CSA pickups in the upcoming week.

Buying additional produce/gourmet items: We encourage all of our CSA members to shop online and place a pickup order for additional produce & items from our Gourmet shop. Place your online order at least three hours prior to your CSA pickup to allow the farm enough time to pack your order. If you would like to purchase additional items on the spot, please check with our staff for availability. We need to make sure we have enough produce reserved to fulfill all CSA Members shares before we can sell any potential surplus

*When shopping online, please make sure to select the correct CSA as your pickup location.
