• 2 Zucchini (any variety will work), diced
  • 3 Ears of Corn, shucked
  • 1 TBSP Butter or olive oil  
  • 2 TBSP Fresh Basil, chopped 


  1. Saute zucchini with butter in a pan over med high heat until soft, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add the corn and saute for an additional 2 minutes until the corn is cooked through.
  3. Turn off heat and add the basil, serve immediately.
