INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 Small zucchini
  • 1-2 TBSP Lemon juice
  • 2-3 TBSP Tahini
  • 1-2 TBSP Olive Oil
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a food processor, puree all ingredients until creamy. Makes a delicious, light, creamy dip for vegetables or spread for a sandwich.
