INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 Small zucchini
- 1-2 TBSP Lemon juice
- 2-3 TBSP Tahini
- 1-2 TBSP Olive Oil
- 2-3 Garlic Cloves
- Salt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a food processor, puree all ingredients until creamy. Makes a delicious, light, creamy dip for vegetables or spread for a sandwich.
